The successful applicant will have the following responsibilities:
International Test of English Proficiency/iTEP (50%)
Develop and coordinate marketing strategies/ activities to sell iTEP exams to individual and institutional clients throughout Vietnam
Design and make presentations about iTEP to prospective clients
Provide content updates for the iTEP section of the Capstone website
Institutional Services (15%)
Develop and coordinate marketing strategies/ activities to promote and publicize Capstone’s fairs.
Develop creative and measurable ways to promote and publicize information sessions, virtual student fairs and marketing campaigns conducted on behalf of various institutional clients.
Overseas Study Advising (15%)
Design, implement, and monitor on- and offline marketing activities
Participate in outreach to a select group of high schools, universities and parents
Update and oversee the production of existing and new promotional materials and Capstone website content
CAPEC (Capstone English Center) (20%)
Design, implement, and monitor on- and offline marketing activities and marketing of classes to students and parents
Participate in outreach to a select group of high schools, universities and parents
Update and oversee the production of existing and new promotional materials and Capec website content
Other tasks, as assigned by the Capstone MD and DD. In addition your formal supervisory relationships, you will be working on a regular basis with Capstone staff, especially the CAPEC director and Overseas Study Services staff.
